This community is for people who are mad about good food that's good for you! We wanted to make a place to share recipes for people with restricted diets, or who just want to find recipes that are a little more healthy.
Please only post recipes you have made! If you haven't, test it out to see if it actually works before you post it. Because we ALL know that there are some healthy recipes out there that just don't cut the mustard!
We shouldn't have to say it, but we will. No abuse! If you don't like a recipe, post an alteration that worked for you. Don't call names, or be rude to anyone. If you do, we WILL ban you. Also, no spam messages. Those'll get deleted and banned too.
